What you say is true, about the risk I mean. It is a new field of exploration and as with all such there is risk. Look at the first ships that set out to explort the oceans and distant lands, many didn't come back. Or the first airplanes, many of those pioneere pilots disn't come back. Ocean travel (ships) and air travel (airplanes) are sfer now, but ships still sink and planes still fall out of the air. Space travel will someday be like these modes of travel, safer, but still some risk. With space travel we are still in the early experimental/learning phase. As much as I hate to say it, there will be more such accidents. Should we stop this endevor? Certainly not as long as it is made as safe as is reasonably possible for theose brave ( and they wouldn't be refered to as brave if there was not risk) pioneers who wish to explore for the benifit of all. They are heros, but no more so than the brave men and women of the military and police who risk their life for us. Let us not make too much of these seven as their death is no more significent than the death of seven soldiers. Don't get me wrong here though , I feel terrible for them and their families, and my hat is off to all these people who put their life on the line for the benifit of all of us. It is the American way though to pick up and go on. We must, me must explore, and we must stay on top technilogically in order to stay a free and great nation. And this means taking some risk.

I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
