My wife's '97 Tahoe made it to 105k miles with the factory gasket, and my '97 GMC 2500 made it to 185k miles, that seems almost like a record for the truck,(lot of hiway salesman miles by previous owner) Think GM really goofed on this one, expensive and messy to repair! lgd
