Well, you will probably want nice looking women with big knockers too.... but those are tough to find. But you may want to think about air conditioning, wish I had it in my old workshop at my old house. Also you will want to put in enough 110/220 power and compressed air lines and buy a couple of fire extinguishers, and maybe put in a paint booth. Good Luck.
