We call that share cropping ....#1-- You can rent the ground at $100 per acre,all cost, work and profit is yours......land ouner gets his $100 per acre.....#2-- You furnish all the equipment and labor.....land ouner furnishes the land....you split the fuel,seed,and fert.50/50.....split the profit 50/50.....
