Steve - Just to bring you up to speed , we haven't had the Union Jack flag for forty years and the Queen hasn't been on our bills for years. Unfortunately, the perception up here is that Americans ,in general,know so little about their neighbours to the North. Remember,a free people have their right to their own opinion. I think, if we were to meet face to face, you'd be surprised how much alike the average person is regardless of their nationality. Have a nice day!
