I'm new to tractors and implements. I bought a 6 ft. disc to disc up a fire break around my 6 acre praire field before I burn it off. I also want to disc between the tree rows on another 5 acres to plant grass.
Since I have never used a disc I want to know if I should use down pressure from the hydraulics or use the float position and just put weight on the disc?
