Slick is a great product. Like so many, it is overpriced in my opinion. I wanted it for my semi; about $145.00 back then. I bought the micro PTFE powder, but with some difficulty. Have used it for about fifteen years. I have a brother who is NOT Mr Goodwrench. He twisted the oil pump drive out of his pickup which I had treated; for FREE, AND, continued to drive it for two more days, complaining about the noise of the engine. The hydraulic lifters were collapsing from a lack of oil. Finally he had a garage open it up. Oil pump and drive shaft were replaced. No engine bearings were replaced. The shop told him it looked as if the bearings were all polished to a shine. They plastigaged just fine. I tried to get him to retreat the engine. To which the genius bellowed, if the stuff is any f&^$#@$ d*)& good why should I? Go figure. I believe it saved the rocket scientist an engine job.
