If it was me, i'd want 4wd, a 3 point hitch, diesel, front mounted blower, and a sharp turning radius. After all, i am spending "your money"!! :>) Little tractors NEED 4wd to get a lot of work done in the snow ect.. Spend some time sitting on them all, and look for a good dealer. It would be nice if you could use each one before decideing. Personally, i won't buy something like that without trying it first. Before i bought my "spendy" mower, i went to my dealer and mowed there grass with it. I learned about the mower, he got his grass cut! Keep in mind, the closer you get to a compact, and away from a lawn tractor the better. (BX compared to the Simplicity) It will have better resale, last longer, and will do the job better.
