To answer your question somewhat directly, you are right, people don't generally haul these tractors on a typical car trailor wich would include the trailor you described. They, in fact haul them on a flat bed goose neck trailor (more common) with an over the axle deck or bed (plateform). Having the bed of trailor over the axle wheels will allow the bed of trailor to be much wider than the inside the wheel (lower profile) car trailors. Hauling on one of these trailors is the best way to go if hauling is required. Of coarse, if short distance, driving tractor is the best way to go. But as a last resort, you could probably put rear wheel's on dished in, instead of out, and narrow the wheels up enough to get it on a typical car trailor. You probably won't get narrow enough by just sliding wheel's in on axle and leaving wheels dished out. You will also not want to out weigh the weight ratings on your trailor. Car trailors ussually have considerably less weight ratings then your bigger (wider) trailors.
