I havn't worked on burnt tractors, but have bought lots of car and truck engines that were burnt. If it was in a wreck and burnt, and the lower radiator hose didn't burn off they mostly turned out to be good. put in new valve cover gaskets and clean out the intake manifold of melted carb and use them. On vehicles that were burned within a building the engines were junk. Just my observation.
