The link is to the study done several years ago. Unfortunately, I see looking through it that Paul has not only not updated the recent links, but stripped a good portion of the study. I got a complete copy from is graduate student Juhua after it was finished. Without digging the report out from home, my recollection of the results are as follows: Static (progressive angle fixture):
16-20 degrees, tricycle tractors tipped.
45 degrees, wide front end tractors tipped. dynamic (run downhill and turn):
tricycle tractors all flipped and rolled.
Wide front tractors never tipped. You can try contacting Paul Ayers at HICAH's and asking him for a copy of it or to update the web page. I wish you luck on that though. I've found him to be nothing but a jerk in conversations and absolutely no help whatsoever.
