My Uncle had a Farmall Super C with a wide front end but when my cousin got old enough to drive the tractor and cultivate corn, he took the wide front off and put a narrow one on so he could steer the tractor. Back then most farmers checked their corn instead of using weed killers which ment a LOT of cultivating. An adverage of 4 to 5 times a summer. At least once or twice going cross ways. (What a ride and did a lot of it!) Thank God for that narrow front end!!!
