First tractor, want live pto, etc.....

I have gotten alot of information from this discussing board, and am narrowing my search. I think for what I will be doing mostly, I want a tractor with about 20-30 HP. (mowing, blade use, post hole digging, maybe front end loader) I would like recommendations on utility tractors with around 20 to 30 HP, live PTO, hydraulic lifts ( I thought they all had these, but not what I have seen), and maybe power steering. Also, please give opinions such as in the other posting on this list, for models that have known "issues".
