Most older tractors hours cannot be beleived because of mechanical problems with the meter over the years. On most newer tractors around here the meter has been turned back for the sale. On a newer tractor alway closely look at the tires and compare the wear on them to what the meter says. At auctions I see worn out tires on tractors with only a few hundred hours on the meter - - obviously turned back.
