As far as automobiles, it is great stuff. I change it every 10000 miles, and replace the filter every three. Only time I ever had a problem with it was I put it in my Shadow when I bought it with 2700 miles. I put in Mobil 1. I drove it for 130k miles like it was a new engine. I decided to go back to conventional. Right after my first oil change, I started hearing the lifters tick, then I popped a valve seat. My mom is turning 100k in her 98 Cherokee, my dad is around 250k with a 93 Dakota 318. We all pretty much use the stuff it is great. Only real problem I noticed is it reaks havoc on older seals. The stuff is slippery, and has a tendency to leak. If you are putting in a older vehicle, be prepared to replace some seals.
