Tough choice not knowing the exact particulars. A tractor such as a "cheap" 955 Deere with a loader from Canada will go anywhere you can walk with short boots on. Heavy lifting, pto,drawbar, three point hitch tax write off yet hold sit's value. The http://www.argoatv.com/ can swim, carry four or six people plus cargo and costs no more than a ATV.
