My dad has a 62 Super Major. Real tough tractor. Stout hydrolics and rearend. You can load it and make black smoke all day long and it will stay there with you. It is heavy enough that the front end will not wash out with a heavy disk and it can pull a three bottom plow as deep as you want to go. Just my experiance. The only problem i have seen was blowing a head gasket while lugging it in to high a gear with two disk hooked behind it.
