I don't think there is a bleeder on your pump, but I'm not sure. Did the engine run out of fuel, are you just doing a filter change, or did it simply fail to start? If you have a good supply of fuel to the injection pump it shouldn't take long to get fuel to the injectors, But if it ran dry it make take a minute or so.
