there is a little plate on the side of the pump that is about a inch tall by 3/4 inch wide that is held by two flat screws with a rubber gasket behind it that is used to look at timeing marks, it doubles as a bleeder for the pump, hope this helps, take the plate off let it set till you get solid fuel,
