I heard about the civit cat as well--however, I don't think woodchuck would cause a problem. Take the hind saddles, make sure to get the scent glands out, and barbeque--it's excellent! However, I wouldn't recommend it after using the technique some farmers around here use--backing up the liquid manure spreader, filling the holes, and then popping any survivors with a .22. It would bring a whole new meaning to "this tastes like shutt!"
