Depends on the state you're in. I've been through one state that had Weigh Station signs and instructed all trucks and all vehicles with trailers to exit. Most states won't blink at you until you get up to at least a tandem-tandem behind a dually. Most folks don't realize it but that falls under a Class A requirement. If in doubt pay your local license and weight officer a visit. He'll be glad to take the time to help you decide what you have to do to be legal.
