Ben,

Yes the buyer wants to send a check over the amount of purchase price of the tractor. Figured I'd bring the check to my bank and let them run it through and wait several weeks to see what happens. I'm sure it'll be a bogus check. I definitely won't be sending any money out. Already notified FDIC of this case.
