There is a listing in CH Wendel's book on Nebraska Tractor Tests for the Willys Jeep, and i think it was equipped with a PTO. I have seen a few of them, and a collector in this area has one.

My suggestion, DO NOT LET IT GET AWAY!! I don' think there were many produced with the PTO, therefore making it quite collectable. If you don't buy it, email me the information, and I will!
