Hate to hear of your problems. I've had fairly good luck with Ebay purchases. There's been some minor "stretches" of the truth in the condition of the equipment I've purchased, but nothing very serious. I've had tires described as good, when I'd call them fair to poor, and I've had leaks described as minor, when I'd describe them as moderate to bad.

Don't give up.....learn to ask, communicate, and walk away when necessary.
