it is the rod that goes from the pressure valve on the exhaust manifold to the rock shaft which bolts up underfuel tank.when you pull the lever next to the throtle to raise implementthis rod i need closes the flap in the pressure valve.hope this helps if not i will try it again.gene i want to thank you cause you may not remember but you have helped me more with this tractor than you know.thank you, david
