Now it's been a while since we have put a crop in ( almost 20 yrs I guess) So I am a little behind on this stuff. By "saved" seed do you mean some that come from the crop he planted with Monsanto seed or some of the original seed that he bought? I guess I am a little old fashioned though as I figure if he bought the original seed to produce a crop then what he does with that crop is his business. Now if he signed something or agreed not to save any of the crop I have to go along with the Monsanto. But if not I have to go along with the farmer.
