Just what did he mean by:"complete OH with many new parts" ? Find out just what he did and what was replaced. I've seen rebuilt engines with the old rings and bearings put back in them,along with other parts that they figured still looked good enough. Most times they'll run good for 25-50 hours then grenade. Just long enough for you to figure "oh well its an older tractor,and these things do happen" !!
