Aw heck, we've all been there did that. I haven't met the collector/repairman yet who hasn't buggered something up along the way. As long as your smart enough to split the tractor without dropping it on your foot, you're a step ahead of the game. Sorry about your tractor and hard feelings, but the next one will go smoother. Now I'm older than dirt, but once I was really strong and it took me awhile to learn a bigger wrench or bigger hammer didn't always do the trick.
