I don't know that a Farmall H weighs, so will be general and pretty much repeat the last two sets of advice you just got. Take the weight of the tractor, then add 2,000 lbs for trailer empty weight. This is the minimum trailer capacity that you need to safely carry the tractor. Then size your tires accordingly. The minimum capacity trailer is then going to flex and bounce like a spring and you are going to be all over the road when towing it. Better to take the tractor weight, double it, then add 2,000 lbs to determine how heavy a trailer to use. This should put you into an 8,000 or 10,000 gvw trailer and it will come with either 15" or 16" LT rated tires, probably load range D or E. I don't own a trailer to haul my Case G310 loader around on, so I rent. First time I hauled it on a car trailer I was glad I wasn't going far. Now I rent a 10,000 gvw equipment tilt bed trailer and pull it behind my old '67 Chevy 3/4 ton custom camper. It pulls like a dream, has big brakes, and LT245R16 E tires on it. Plan on buying a trailer of the same size as soon as can afford it. The rental place says they sell them for about 3 K when the get to looking ratty and dinged up, but that can be fixed with a new coat of paint. Jeff
