3010 JD leaking hydro oil

I have an old 3010 JD tractor diesel. This tractor is leaking hydro oil around a round metal piece that looks like half a dollar. This round piece is right on the right side belly of the tractor is right in front of where the arms connect to the belly of the tractor. What is this area and how can I change out the seal?
