Hard to say for sure. I have sold several tractor and antique agricultural items to buyers in England. There are a lot of collectors there. They even arranged the shipping with pick-up right where the tractor stood. As always, the payment was received in certified funds long before pick-up. There were NO request for "extra" cash or other crap that comes in most of the fake ads. I've received my share of them, too. My thought is that if it's too good to be true, it ain't!
