i am not sure you will be happy with a 1020 for the jobs you want to do. don't get me wrong there a good little tractor but drawbar hp is only 17 and pto is 21. a 5ft roto tiller dogs mine hard and 5ft finish mower is good. let me know what you decide, i might be interested in it for parts or replacement of mine
