I agree that it's all "small stuff." And, I'm all for getting along with the neighbors. I don't care so much that he took the stuff that he did (too bad he didn't come back and take all of the rubbish he left behind when he sold me the place), it is the priciple of the thing. He should have asked first. The only reason that I know he was even there was that my niece, who was home alone at the time, saw him take the stuff. I'm also concerned about him (elderly guy) getting hurt on my land and suing me later.
