Have a garage sale and take old lumber and stuff and ask 25 cents on the dollar for it and see if he bites. of course you could say "hey thanks for coming over and helping me pickup all the %rap you left behind, help me throw it in the burn pile".....I also have a neighbor who is a little bit of a cleptomaniac, not too serious but I would never leave real valuable stuff out for him to possibly take. He and I have new houses that we each built
