if you look at this from a leagal stand post the only law he broke was tresspassing. you have no leagal right to any of the stuff that he left behind, after seven years of owning the place all that is left than is yours.( from a leagal standpoint) i would go over and sit down and chat with him and ask ONLY ONE thing for him to do conserning the stuff, and that would be that he either calls ahead of time, leaves a note or stops in and tells you that he is going to take some of his stuff. at his age it is not easy do do every thing that is needed to be done in a timely fashon. what is up with theese folks below saying SHOOT the old guy? must be a bunch of folks from the city i guess. also if ya shoot him, than you going to loose the farm to a realy big lawseut and bubba going to have some fun with ya
