If the cop had been doing his job he would have made an ARREST for ASSAULT instead of writing a ticket. Nothing like a little trip to the county jail to give a parent a wake up call as what kind of little ***hole their child is growing into. The charges would be dropped but sitting in a cell for a couple hours gives one a whole new perception on what is right and wrong. A week ago a couple of kids where driving around in Philidelphia(?) shooting at people with a paint ball gun. After shooting at some kids playing in a park they drive by a STREET GANG and took a shot or two, the street gang returned fire with a couple 9MMs and shot up the car. Both kids where treated and released from a local hospital.
