Not really familiar with how that is set up. I think the mast used to come apart on them. It did on the 777f's. Kind of a slide out arrangment. I would guess that they welded the allen head bolts just to keep them tight. It's hard to get enough torque on them without twisting the bit off. If there is room enough, just put a hex head in place instead. No problem to tighten with a socket. If not, you can just take the pins out on the arms and lift cylinders, and unplug the hoses. That loader should have a parking stand anyway. I would have to look at one again, but I thought that the q/t mounts were just a latch of some sort. mabey somebody changed that. Those things can be a bugger to shake and flex if they are loose. Where was the loader cracked? I would guess on the arm at the front cross member. Good luck.
