F20 rear tire assembly

I patched a tire and pu in a tube but when I re-mounted it, I get a 'popping' sound as the tire rotates when I drive...It sounds the bead popping or something but I have no idea. I did remove the cast center and re-mount it; could I have screwed something up when I re-mounted the wheel? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Mark
