Have no idea about CT or even USA but here as long as it a "SAFE" load and it doesn't damage the surface of the road ther is nothing the law can do if you are pulling it with a tractor. If you used your truck that might be a differnt story but a tractor is all fair. Like everyone else has said, make sure you are following every other law (i.e. Slow Moving sign)and just do it.
