Which tractor do I want?

Own 15 acres - need small tractor (20-40 HP) for wooded land (new house construction underway) land: snow plow, moving wood, etc. Want used. Don't necessarily want antique to to restore. My friends are suggesting an 8N, or a TO35 or Ford 661, or.... Many suggest a live PTO... HELP!!!!
