Who ever heard of a Waukesha Tractor???

While out on my job the other day I spotted a small tractor in the weeds near the road. It wasn't quiet as big as a Cub Farmall but bigger than your average lawn and garden tractor. It was a rusty red color and had the words WAUKESHA in either dark blue or black letters on the side of the hood. I couldn't tell a whole lot about the tractor because it was sorta hidden by weeds. I know that Waukesha made engines for several different tractors but I never knew they actually made a tractor. Are these rare?
