It shouldn't be a problem if all they have in them is air. It's when they're filled with liquid that it gets fun! If you drop it, you should be able to pick it up again. If it's filled, be prepared to have help if you drop it. A filled tire can weigh about 500 lbs.

You'll have an easier time if the tractor is parked in the garage or shop with a nice smooth cement floor. Still do-able in the dirt or gravel, though.
