Not sure if any wood has ever been sold that way around here. All our sales are by the rounded pickup load. Boy that works for me is cutting up tree tops from a logging job last year (I get 1 load out of every 5, paid in money, not wood, $50.00 per load regardless of what he gets for it). Price goes up as you get closer to the major urban areas. He gets $65 per load ricked in Versailles, about 100 miles east in Lexington (our closest major metro area) he gets $80-90. That's for an 8' bed, wood is ash, oak, or cherry; maybe a little locust and hickory.
