An ad in our local paper a few years back: John Deere B, Runs, no starter. $800. Sounded like a styled B with a missing starter. Nope - Turns out it was a Centerfill 4bolt B. I only hope it was not on factory rounds......... I called and was too late. You snooze, you lose.
I now call on anything that even remotely looks interesting. :(

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics.
