$800 - $1000 is a fair price Side curtains fenders and other parts are available on the after market I would want to pull a hand hole cover and take a close look at that noisy rod There is aproceedure in the operators manual to check rod bearings usig a bar thru the covers and actually moving the rod to check for wear
