Allis Chalmers WC

I have an Allis Chalmers WC that I am working on and I had bought a water pump and the pipe that comes out of the top was not lined up right, so we put a pipe wrench on it and tried moving it and it broke off.What can I do to get the part of the pipe that is still in the water pump out?
