Older IH tractors that may fit your needs in the 40 to 50hp range include:

These all have independant PTO and live hydraulics. You'll probably want the International brand of these models, which is the utility version. The Farmall brands of the same models are taller standing, row-crop tractors. Except for the 300, diesel is an option on these models, though usually harder to find compared to gas.
