I doubt that it could be the rotor since the other 3 fires ok. I would suspect the cap, so turn it over and check the contact if it's still there and also look for any carbon tracks around # 4 contact in the cap. Also check the outside for any carbon tracks. I don't know if your cap is held down by screws or clips, but if it is held down by screws and the screw are close to #4, then sometimes internally in the cap it grounds out to the screw and a new cap is the fix. Carbon tracks can be cleaned off but I would still get a new cap. Hope this helps.
