In Ontario Conservation Officers have more search,seizure and enter any vehicle/building within 7 years after a crime may have been committed without a warrant.
I ticked one power hungry little twerp off by pointing out how they killed some wild turkeys trapping and relocating them just prior to a severe winter storm. And getting the local MPP,MNR head office and the Ontario Ombudsmen involved when they messed up the moose hunt draw tags.
The little prick busted me for hunting deer with a farmers licence that I was entitled to as a land owner but living in the city at the time. Judge threw the case out in two minutes. Didn't cost the CO a cent but my lawyer's bill was $1700.00.
Natives here are untouched as they gill net an entire river for spawning Walleye but the MNR are cutting our possession limits to four instead of being politically incorrect.
Here a firearm cannot be discharged from any vehicle with a motor. Boats have to have the prop out of the water and all motion stopped. Can't keep a firearm in the backwindow of a truck either, was considered "intimidating" by our female prime minister. She lasted a few weeks in office but the gun grabbers who came later are even worse banning many guns and registering the rest..
