Re the veggie transplanting: I need to transplant as close as 1 foot, and maybe tighter if I get a water wheel transplanter, thats why the need for the creeper. I plant a lot of head lettuce and lettuce plugs for salad mix, also into plastic. I tried using my IH 140 and its even faster, could only do about 1 in 3 transplants at a foot (that was strawberries, I gave up after that and planted 4 acres by hand this season).
